1. 1) Definitions

“Services” means recharge, bill payments, vouchers, referral program, wallet features, and related functionality offered by ViralPe. “User” or “you” means an individual who uses the Services.

2. 2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with verifiable parental consent and supervision.

3. 3) Account Registration & Security
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information and keep it updated.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Use one account per person; business use requires a separate onboarding with us.
• We may suspend/terminate or refuse service for risk/fraud, policy or law violations.
4. 4) Description of Services

ViralPe provides an aggregation platform that enables Users to initiate recharges, pay bills, purchase vouchers, manage wallet balances, earn/referrals, and view transaction history. We are not the underlying telecom/biller/vendor; fulfillment is performed by third‑party providers. See our Privacy Policy for data practices.

5. 5) Pricing, Fees & Taxes

Prices and fees (if any) are displayed at checkout. Taxes, surcharges or convenience fees may apply. We may change prices/fees at any time; changes do not affect completed orders.

6. 6) Payments
• Payments are processed via third‑party gateways/UPI PSPs/banks. We do not store card PAN/CVV.
• By paying, you authorize us and our payment partners to debit your instrument for the amount shown plus applicable taxes/fees.
• Chargebacks/disputes: contact support first; unauthorized transactions should be reported immediately.
7. 7) Wallet & Cashback
• Wallet balance represents promotional/transactional credits held with ViralPe and is not interest‑bearing or transferable.
• Cashback/rewards accrue only on qualifying transactions confirmed by partners. Amounts may vary; we may reverse credits for cancellations, refunds, chargebacks or suspected abuse.
• Where required by law or partner policy, refunds will be made to the original payment method; otherwise to your ViralPe wallet.
8. 8) Referral Program
• Referral eligibility, rewards, and tiers are as described in‑app. We may modify/terminate the program at any time.
• No spam, incentives that violate law, or misleading claims. Self‑referrals and fake accounts are prohibited.
9. 9) Prohibited Activities

You agree not to: misuse the Services; reverse engineer; manipulate pricing; circumvent security; interfere with networks; use automated tools to scrape; or engage in fraud/money laundering or other unlawful activities.

10. 10) Third‑Party Services

We may link to or integrate third‑party services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or performance.

11. 11) Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software on ViralPe are owned by ViralPe or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non‑transferable license to use the Services as permitted by these Terms. No other rights are granted.

12. 12) Communications

You consent to receive transactional communications (SMS/OTP, WhatsApp, email, push). Marketing messages are sent only with your consent and can be withdrawn at any time.

13. 13) Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error‑free operation.

14. 14) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall ViralPe be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you (if any) in the three (3) months preceding the event.

15. 15) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ViralPe and its affiliates from claims arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

16. 16) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for policy/law violations, fraud, or risk. You may stop using the Services at any time. Certain provisions survive termination (e.g., IP, disclaimers, liability limits).

17. 17) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at [City: Hyderabad, Telangana] shall have exclusive jurisdiction. You agree to first attempt amicable resolution by contacting our Support; unresolved disputes may be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in Hyderabad, in English.

18. 18) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in‑app or via website notice/email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
