User Side: Users sign up on the ViralPe platform using their mobile number or email ID. Users browse and select from various services, such as recharges, bill payments, gift vouchers, local vendors and more. Users complete the transaction using their preferred payment method. Users earn cashback for using the platform.

Vendor Side: Vendors partner with ViralPe to offer their services on the platform. ViralPe integrates the vendor’s services into the platform, ensuring seamless transactions. Vendors receive transaction requests from users and process them through the ViralPe platform.  Vendors receive settlements for their services, minus a small commission fee.

Pin code / Zonal Owner Side: Pin code owners are assigned as per the qualifying criteria, which they can use to promote services and earn rewards. Pin code owners earn a percentage of the user’s cashback as a token of appreciation.

b) How do I get a pin code in ViralPe?

In order to get a pin code allocated to any freelancer in ViralPe, you’ll need to demonstrate exceptional performance as a freelancer on the platform. This involves:

According to ViralPe’s policies, here are some restrictions on pin code allocation:

  • One pin code per freelancer: Each freelancer can be allocated only one pin code.
  • Conditional Ownership: Once a pin code is allocated, it is exclusively assigned to the freelancer, but only as long as they maintain a satisfactory performance. If ViralPe determines that the performance is subpar, the pin code will be reassigned to a higher-performing freelancer.
  • Non-Transferable: Pin codes are allocated as a token of appreciation for your hard work and performance. Consequently, they cannot be transferred or sold to other freelancers or users. If a pin code owner wishes to retire, they must notify the company. The company will then select a new owner through its onboarding process. Past owners retain the benefits they earned, including shares.
  • ViralPe’s discretion: ViralPe reserves the right to allocate, deallocate, or reassign pin codes at its discretion.
